These Terms govern the Realtime Subtitle Translator browser extension and related digital translation services operated by RTTS (“we”, “us”, or “the service”). By using the service or purchasing a pack, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service

The service provides AI-assisted translation of supported online video subtitles and manga page text. Results may contain errors. You are responsible for checking translations before relying on them.

2. Digital packs

Video packs provide the purchased number of translation minutes. Manga packs provide the purchased number of pages. Packs are digital goods delivered to the account associated with the checkout email after Paddle confirms payment. Packs do not include physical goods, ownership of source material, or permission to copy or redistribute copyrighted content.

3. Acceptable use

You must follow applicable law and the terms of the websites and content you access. Do not use the service to infringe copyright, evade access controls, process unlawful material, or interfere with the service. We may suspend abusive use.

4. Payments

Paddle acts as the payment processor and Merchant of Record for purchases shown on the pricing page. The checkout page displays the final price, taxes, currency, and any applicable terms before payment.

5. Availability

We work to keep the service available, but AI providers, source websites, networks, and browser changes can affect results or availability. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
